Lol Ava stop it with Jezze... he sure was a great player, but if he would have been as fast as flanders after 4 months (best in teh world on 4 TA Quali tracks) he still would be the best player... and if u ask me, he wasn't even in Top10 in the last 2 years!

awesome i was only trying to say it was possible. jezze has pretty much been afk for the last 2 years so... not really gonna be in the top 10 then is he? im talking like 4 5 years ago.

it is also possible that fland is an old pro from ages ago. just like bepino and nova but again that doesnt really matter. the only question is fool=fland? idk, the admins will work it out

I'm following the investigation since the start. I would like to send to you an external player opinion, with a global view of the situation.

So, firstly :

Who have the same level as flanders? : Gswe, Kitos, Devil, Bepino, Florent, Samuel, Schalkeboy, Fool etc... I can establish a list of 20 players, maximum... But, in these players, we found two players we the same IP, fool and flanders. Bad Luck? Maybe, but there are 20 players, and one chance on ? To have a same IP. On top of that, Flanders and Fool, haven't the same nationality... That is the first piece of evidence.

Secondly :

Flanders refuses to play against fool, when that can stop some suspicions.

Thirdly :

Flanders refuses to send informations to kikers.

Fourthly :

In the video, we never see Fool and flanders play in a same time, when that can stop some suspicious. That is the most important, there are a loads of other suspicious things.

Fifthly :

I notice a similarity in Fool and Flanders behaviour : To express anger roughly, with some "fuck" words. That's the obvious. Anyone can analyse Fool and Flanders posts, in araQ and Atr forum, and notice other similarities.

Sixthly :

Flanders learned to drive on dirt fastly, and faster than jezze, with a level greatly superior to him.


To finish, it's so easy to prove, fool and flanders, that you're not the same person. Why don't you prove now? To silence ALL suspicions? That is the thing which interpellate me the most! If it was me, or an other guy, who know that he is not guilty, he wouldn't have reacted like you react fool, or like flanders reacts.

Finally, and I address to araQ and Atr admin. You can't be really objective because fool and flanders are the better player or someone you trust in your team, and even unconsciously, you don't want to believe that Fool and Flanders are the same person. At the moment, the only thing you sayed is that pieces of evidence aren't proofs. We will never be 100% sure tht fool and flanders are the same person, but it's so easy to prove there are not the same. And again, it is not only a TRC case, but it's a TM Dirt case!

firstly, people only care about the players in the top 20 because they are the match winners. why would anyone investigate people that are at the lower levels which there are even more. People only look at the top players.

secondly, flanders if he is his own person would be really sick of the shit he has had to deal with so for that i cant blame him.

thirdly, kikers has been acting really badly on the forum and being very rude initially so you cant blame flanders for lashing out.

fourthly, fool didnt play at all. The reasons for that were explained to the 15(ish) people on the server before the video started. (the video does not show the whole story)

fifthly, a lot of people use fuck if they are angry, but yes that can be investigated (i cant because im not registered on araq site)

sixthly, impossible to tell that. They were both at the very top of the game when they were on form. yes fland is faster than jezze now but thats because he has been on/off and afk for at least 2 years

to finish, remember innocent until proven 100% guilty

finally, they are doing the best they can. yes it is a TM Dirt case, but at the moment it directly affects TRC with matches every week, so therefore those admins need to deal with it

kikers i have said many times on this thread to be patient and let admins sort it, I have even told you specifically a couple of times

The thing I really don't understand is why teams recruit so fast strange accounts like that. It was not hard to know Flanders was a fake, so why a team should propose him a free spot? It's just completly ridiculous. They prococated the situation, and now they try to defend themself...-.-

You just have to ban this guy in ATR AND araQ. Life is not really complicated when you are "honest" with yourself...

And don't start to "bla bla" with me. Everybody knows here this story is a just a fucking joke...
Do your job admins, that's the only one thing to do now. Stop trying to find excuses, we are not in Disney here.

- no insult during a match
- fairplay
- no fake accounts
- never recruit a guy from another team

...Don't forget DIRT is not TECH. If you want the Tech's Spirit : that means the opposite of we are trying to keep since so many years (!!), continue like that.

As Loop already said, we are coming with a decision tonight (my time, which is -5 from Europe now).

Herbie made the accusation 48 hours ago, some of you may find a long time, but I don't. Facing the difficulties of the case, especially because Fool is an old ATR member, ATR & TRC Admin, i think this is a reasonable time.

I won't lose my time answering random questions all around. Neither Fool or Flanders have the obligation to prove anything to anyone, except to TRC Admins.

Therefore, the dozens of Sherlock Holmes in the TM Community can spare theirs and my time and not posting a lot of crap, which I won't even read.

I understand that somehow you may consider us "suspicious" because it affects ATR - the hosting team - but i NEVER gave ANY REASON to people start doubting about my honesty or the honesty of other TRC Admins. So of course I'm very disappointed about that.

Maybe when you make your own competition and something like this happen you can deal with it in a better way. But until that day won't come, or you wait until our final decision or you can lock yourself in your bedrooms and start to scream.

I can say this only thing i've noticed - same as Manu - that Flanders and Fool talk with a lot similarities. I saw Flanders in TRC qualifs, talking a bit with him and he talks like Fool, that is true. Lots of smileys , same expressions etc. Thats proovs nothing, ofc. He even said while taking dedi top 2 (Fool was top 1) 'Damn it this Fool is crazy ! xD'. Something like this

I saw the video. I've noticed same things as Daigle and others.

So now I doubt. I consider Fool as a friend so it's hard for me to say that but why the hell did you refuse to play at the same time as Flanders on the video.

I really hope we all mistaken here but please Fool, play against Flanders, prove us you're not a psycho crazy schyzophrenic person but a nice guy, the one that ATR knows for about two years now.

All of you that wanted this sorted out will have some answers! We did our JOB and tried to make all things clear. You all must know we had to defend our people as ANY OF YOU WOULD if that was your case. I've been reading this topic from 2 days now without saying much. Just watching.

And i have one thing to say. I HAVE BALLS. I WILL DEFEND MY OWN until the limit. I've reached my limit. They, Flanders and Fool don't accept the match between them? They don't come with answers? They won't have me defending them anymore.

Howdy everybody.

After all that has happened in the past 2 days and the facts that are on the table, we came up with a decision.

It saddens me that both involved players (Fool and Flanders) refused to play together, giving us different reasons and sometimes being contradictory. As that was said to be the only way they could prove their innocence, a very simple task they should be able to do without many efforts, still they refused.

It devastates me that this has happened to an ATR member, the team that I'm part of and the team that's hosting the competition. Even more, with a player that I had a big consideration and I thought would defend the team against all accusations.

It happens that both players not only let down their respective teams, but let down the the entire TM Community.

So, for obvious reasons - and still without understanding the reasons of their refusal and the reasons that someone comes up with something like this - the players Fool from the team ATR and FlanderS from team araQ are BANNED from TRC.

As we feel both teams and the TM Community are victims and not guilty, we thought this punishment is the best.

What teams ATR and araQ will do concerning to this it's not of anybody's business, and it doesn't affect the competition anymore.

I'd like to appologize in the name of the TRC Staff if somehow we conducted things in an inappropriate way. We were all the time seeking the truth of this story, and if even it hasn't been 100% proven yet, we couldn't let 2 people being publicly stoned to death without giving a proper investigation.

Although all the time, inspite of several jokes and stupid insinuations, we kept the necessary serenity due to the difficult situation we were put in.
