The ESL Dirty night cup 8th edition is here on 25/9. Its a 1v1v1v1 cup mode with 32 players.

Zeejs you must be there before 20cet the check in starts at 20cet. I did one already and it was fun.

No V you need to go to ESL page and register for the comp : http://www.esl.eu/eu/tm2_stadium/news/229140/ and after that you have to be there at 19.30cet/18.30 pt time to make the check in. The 32 first players do make the check in they in the comp.

I have problems registering for having a different login TM2  

that's strange Astur, But there's a place where you can change that somewhere. Did you try where you register for the comp where it says Requirements: Registered Maniaplanet login ID (here).

I registered myself, i remembered myself and i finished 2nd on this Cup night. This was one of my best matches so far. I played very nicely, failed sometimes but not much times which meant i could recover from my errors. Kustik was finalist with 120 points and i had 115 i believe. I failed on the start of that round and he won. The next round i finished as well. Don't know who was 3rd and 4th but Guileboom was fighting against Yanin.

The only thing i have to point is that's too much time straight of playing. From the moment i put my ass on my chair and got up, 4 hours where gone. 4 FUCKING HOURS! It's too much time for a match. It's not the same as racing on 24H for 6 hours or 3 hours.

But i liked it.

Hahahaa ventil! Well played , i was in the semi-final of 4th edition on this turnament was only like 3 hours but still a lot of playing. I would never have been able to drive the final also, just too much driving!

But i like these cup nights, and i finally tried my first gamepad. I feel like its a more fluent way to drive and im sure ill be able to handle the pad like a pro within a few weeks!

At some point ill have to see which i like better keyboard/pad

Well if i train something maybe i can win it. I entered the server yesterday without knowing which were the tracks... Fortunately i already knew them cause we played ESL and we drove those maps on the finals. Against Addict that now are Evokate remember? And i proved that fastness in Rounds isn't anywhere near the fastness of TA. From the 3 guys on the finals all of them were faster than me in TA. In Rounds i almost beat Kustik (problem is he's really fast in Rounds and TA xD).

You don't need few weeks Arpe. Next SLIP match you will have the pad working 100% in your favour. I only know few people that guarantee that KB is faster than PAD, unfortunately those guys are, for example Kitos, Gus and others, i don't know if Alban runs with PAD, not sure. ALL THE OTHER SHITTY drivers like me, consider PAD way better. It's way easier to control, way easier to turn what you want way easier on everything. Smoother.

That's my opinion.

Do you use any program to configure the pad?

I have a third party xbox controller, i doesn't feel like a xbox controller because it feels too angled in my hands and cant use the default arrow buttons, that is why i dropped the pad and still use the kb  

I use the default configuration. But my pad is a Logitech wireless and has drivers. When you install the drivers you have a program that can change those configurations, like sensitivity and stuff. You can even save several configurations to the different games you have installed so you don't have to change configurations all the time.

Found the program i think i found a fine setup... but the controller got a "deadzone" on small angles anyway to fix that problem the F710 must have the same problem ?
